Credits & usage
1 credit = 1 outreach (1 call + 1 SMS + 1 email — email may be skipped if unavailable). 10 credits = 1 human AI agent call. 1 credit for each inbound call or inbound text.
Credit balances are current account totals. Calls, SMS, and emails below respect the date range when set.
